While Reclaim.ai optimizes individual calendars, Clockwise looks at the entire team: finding the best times for meetings that work for everyone while preserving Focus Time blocks for deep work. The product integrates with Google Calendar and creates "flexible meetings" that automatically move to optimal times when schedules shift.

Team-level calendar optimization is the differentiator. Clockwise analyzes the calendars of everyone in your organization and suggests meeting times that minimize fragmentation for the most people. "No Meeting Days" can be enforced across teams. Focus Time blocks are protected and visible to others ("do not schedule over this"). Limitations

Clockwise requires buy-in from the whole team to work well. If only 3 out of 10 team members use it, the optimization is limited. Google Calendar only (no Outlook support).
