Most meeting tool comparisons are written by the vendors selling them. We thought that was a problem.
meetingstack is an independent research site. We test, compare, and benchmark the tools teams use to meet, record, schedule, and collaborate. The site started because we spent two months picking a notetaker for our own team and couldn't find a single unbiased comparison. So we built the resource we wished existed.

How we test
Transcription accuracy claims come from hands-on benchmark runs against ground-truth transcripts of real meeting recordings. The rest of each review is structured desk research: vendor docs, pricing pages, changelogs, and user reports, with pricing verified against what vendors actually charge at checkout. We label which is which.
Rankings use a weighted score across accuracy, pricing, integrations, and user experience. We publish our criteria on each category page so you can see exactly how scores break down.
