Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2, 2026

The short version

We collect as little data as possible. We don't use cookies. We don't use tracking pixels. We don't sell your information. If you never give us your email, we know almost nothing about you.

What we collect

Newsletter subscribers: If you sign up for our newsletter, we store your email address. That's it. We use Resend to send emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, and we will delete your address.

Analytics: We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across sites. It gives us aggregate numbers (page views, referral sources, country-level location) with no way to identify individual visitors.

No cookies

This site does not set cookies. No first-party cookies, no third-party cookies, no cookie banners. Plausible is cookieless by design.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of third-party services to run this site:

  • Vercel hosts the site. Vercel may log IP addresses and request metadata in server logs. See Vercel's privacy policy.
  • Plausible Analytics provides cookieless, privacy-focused analytics. No personal data is collected. See Plausible's data policy.
  • Resend sends our newsletter emails. They process subscriber email addresses on our behalf. See Resend's privacy policy.
  • logo.dev serves company logos used in our reviews and tool pages. These requests go through their CDN. See logo.dev.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site may be affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and visit the destination site, that site may set its own cookies and track your visit according to its own privacy policy. We have no control over what happens after you leave meetingstack.io. We will always be transparent about which links are affiliate links.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you're in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

  • Access any personal data we hold about you (for newsletter subscribers, this is your email address)
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for email communications at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Since we collect so little data, most of these rights are straightforward. Unsubscribe from the newsletter, and we delete your email. That's the only personal data we have.

Data retention

Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Plausible analytics data is aggregated and contains no personal information, so there is nothing to delete on an individual basis.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. For significant changes, we will note it in our newsletter.
