At list prices with speaker-labeled transcripts, Recall.ai costs $650 a month (1,000 x ($0.50 bot + $0.15 transcription), video included). Skribby costs $450 audio-only or $500 with its $0.05 video add-on. Like for like, Skribby is about 23% cheaper.

We found no published bot-join success rates from either vendor. Recall.ai advertises a 99.9% uptime SLA, with contractual uptime guarantees on Enterprise only, and we found no public status page. Skribby runs a public status page (100% on its health checks over 30 days when we checked) and publishes no SLA.

On published signals, Recall.ai: a $38M Series B led by Bessemer (September 2025), 3,000+ customers by its own count, and Microsoft names it a Teams bot identification partner. Skribby was founded in 2025 according to Alianza, which announced on September 10, 2026 that it had acquired Skribby; Alianza plans to fold it into Alianza Crux in Q1 2027 and says customers will be served without interruption.
